RETURNS POLICY

Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Electrical components and special-order items may not be eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

Contact us to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions and, if applicable, arrange for pickup. Please include your order number and reason for return when you contact us.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you need a different part, we can arrange an exchange subject to availability. Contact us and we will help you find the correct replacement.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including any delivery fees.

Warranty Claims

Parts covered under manufacturer warranty should be returned according to the warranty terms. Contact us and we will guide you through the warranty claim process.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or installed. These include electrical components, fluids, adhesives, and custom-order parts. This will be clearly noted on the product listing.
