DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery Area

We deliver to all areas within the Cayman Islands, including Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac, and Little Cayman. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Most in-stock orders are delivered within 1–3 business days. Orders for parts that need to be sourced may take 5–10 business days. You will receive an estimated delivery date at checkout.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery location. Orders over a certain threshold may qualify for free delivery — see checkout for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. If you require a specific delivery window, please contact us in advance.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery, our driver will attempt to leave the package in a safe location or with a neighbour. A delivery notification card will be left with instructions for rescheduling.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery upon receipt. If any items are damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
